This tutorial walks you through step by step how to print a clean
looking form from the website.
This tutorial uses the mozilla firefox web browser since it is
available for windows, mac and linux operating systems. It can be
downloaded for free from here.
A new version of the browser may exist. At the time of this writing
(April 14th, 2008) the most current stable version is 2.0.0.13.
In Firefox click on File > Page Setup
On the page setup screen you can customize the page margins and pick
what you want to show in the header & footer of the document. I
change the header and footer to "blank" so it only lists the form
contents on the printout and doesn't include things such as the URL,
time, date, etc.

Now if you navigate with the browser to the page that you want to print
and click the icon of the printer next to the page title, a new
printable page will appear with all the website navigation components
stripped out and only the page content to be printed will be displayed.
On this next screen it displays only the content of the page and not the navigation links, so now click on the printer
icon to bring up the printer dialog for your printer.

The next printer dialog will be different depending on your printer,
operating system and network setup but it will likely look similar to
the one below. You may optionally adjust the properties, select which
pages you want to print, how many copies you'd like to print or just
click on 'ok' to begin printing.
Note: The printing instructions will vary slightly depending on which browser is used, which operating system is used and will appear different depending on the visual theme the browser is using. Contact our website administrator if you're having issues with print feature of our website.
